He leans on modern tools, including AI, to move fast and keep costs down, but a CPA owns every call that matters, whether to make the hire, take the loan, or elect S-corp. Christian Heaps
Christian Heaps is an accountant and fractional CFO with years of experience helping businesses gain clarity and control over their finances. He earned his Accounting degree from the University of Utah while working in the industry, then sharpened his eye for detail at JetBlue Airways, primarily in audit. He spent nearly 5 years as sole Controller for a UT-based company, owning the full financial picture, closing the books, presenting forecasts to leadership, and serving as the trusted point of contact for auditors and banking partners. Christian's approach is hands-on and relationship-driven. He doesn't just report the numbers, he digs into them, so the businesses he works with always have someone in their corner who truly understands the details.
